All products sold on matchtodate.com are digital products. They are delivered instantly upon successful payment, and access cannot be returned or revoked once granted.

2. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately with full access to all content, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds once access has been delivered.

We recommend that you read the product description, module list, and FAQ on the sales page carefully before purchasing, so you know exactly what you are buying.

3. Our Guarantee

We stand behind our product. If you follow the system as taught — implement the profile changes, apply the frameworks, and complete the steps — and you do not see progress, your access remains yours for life. You may re-apply the system as many times as you wish at no additional cost, and you may contact us for support at support@matchtodate.com.

4. Cancellation

As our products are digital and delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and access has been delivered.

5. Exceptions

We will review the following on a case-by-case basis:

Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.

Non-delivery: if you paid but did not receive access, contact us at support@matchtodate.com and we will resolve it. If we are unable to deliver the product, you will receive a full refund.

Unauthorised transaction: if you believe a payment was made without your authorisation, contact us immediately.

7. Processing Time
